We are hiring for a Verification Specialist position for a well-established company in New Port Richey.

 

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time | Choose from two shift options:

 

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

 

Location: Onsite or Remote

 

Start Date: Training begins June 8 – one week onsite, then transition to your assigned schedule

 

What You Will Do:

 

Contact employers, schools, and references by phone and email to verify information reported on job applications and resumes. Enter verified data accurately into a company database and maintain complete, organized records of all research and documentation. Identify discrepancies in gathered information and flag potential problems. Perform general clerical duties and support other areas of the department as workflow requires. Meet established daily production quotas consistently.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

• High school diploma or GED

• Clear, professional verbal communication with strong grammar and diction

• Comfortable working with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases

• High attention to detail and accuracy – especially on data entry

• Able to handle confidential information with discretion

• Basic business writing skills and moderate research ability

• Self-directed – able to meet deadlines with or without direct supervision

 

Additional Information:

Background screening and drug testing required prior to start.
