Job Title: Warehouse Associate – San Jose, CA
Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in the San Jose area. This role focuses on inventory handling, order processing, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while following established procedures.

• Load, unload, and transfer materials and products within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
• Prepare and process warehouse transactions, orders, and reports
• Follow standard operating procedures, work processes, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and safety checks
• Take direction from a lead or supervisor
• Work effectively within well-defined instructions

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including data entry
• Ability to lift, move, and process products as required
• Dependable and able to work well in a team environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
