Inside Sales Representative – Decking & Outdoor Living Products

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and customer inquiries
• Generate and qualify leads through follow-up calls and email outreach
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, distributors, retailers, and homeowners
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and quotations
• Process customer orders and coordinate with operations and logistics teams
• Recommend decking and outdoor living solutions tailored to customer needs
• Follow up on quotes to close sales opportunities
• Maintain customer and sales activity records in a CRM system
• Support outside sales representatives and regional sales managers
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of inside sales, customer service, or building materials experience is a PLUS
• Knowledge of decking, lumber, construction materials, or outdoor living products is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Organized, detail-oriented, and sales-driven
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with estimating, takeoffs, or blueprint reading is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
