Veteran Case Manager

Express Employment is hiring for a Veteran Case Manager for one of our clients. This role supports homeless and at-risk veterans by helping connect them with housing, community resources, and support services to promote long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with veterans and assess housing and support needs
• Connect clients with community resources and benefits
• Assist with applications, paperwork, and eligibility requirements
• Help clients create short-term and long-term goals
• Support individuals in finding and maintaining stable housing
• Conduct follow-ups and provide ongoing case management support
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Build positive relationships with landlords and community partners
• Drive to client visits and community meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in social services, case management, or working with vulnerable populations preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with individuals in crisis in a compassionate and professional manner
• Comfortable with computers and documentation
• Valid Oregon driver’s license required
• Must pass a criminal background check

Education/Experience:
Associate degree in a related field OR equivalent experience in human services or case management.

Schedule:
Primarily daytime business hours with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
