Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable General Labourer to support daily operations on our construction sites. This role involves a variety of physical tasks to help keep projects running smoothly, safely, and on schedule. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.) as needed
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and clean up job sites before and after work
• Move materials to and from different areas on site
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
• Remove debris and ensure work areas are safe and organized
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers
• Support general site activities to keep projects on track 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or manual labour is an asset, but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs, bending, and standing for long periods
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Basic understanding of safety practices on construction sites
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with construction tools or equipment
• Valid safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, OSHA, or local equivalents)
• Ability to operate small machinery (e.g., compactors, drills)
