🚀 What You’ll Do

As Operations Director, you will:

🔹 Open and manage financial accounts, transfers, and transactions
🔹 Build strong, professional relationships with clients and advisors
🔹 Keep client data accurate, organized, and up to date
🔹 Prepare materials and execute logistics for client meetings
🔹 Coordinate with custodians, insurance agents, attorneys, and more
🔹 Manage day-to-day tasks while owning longer-term projects
🔹 Solve problems quickly and handle unexpected needs with confidence

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)

Plus:

✅ Annual cost-of-living & merit-based increases

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
