Admin Specialist (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.30 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)

 

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a detail-oriented Admin Specialist to join a busy, team-oriented office in Clearwater. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative responsibilities and has experience with light accounting functions.

Job Overview

This role provides essential administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking across accounting, customer service, and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage work orders in internal systems
  • Coordinate and schedule vendors
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable 
  • Perform light accounting tasks such as invoicing
  • Support board meeting preparation and documentation
  • Enter inspection data into tracking systems
  • Provide customer service support to tenants
  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry and mail handling

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative support roles
  • Experience with light accounting functions (invoicing, A/P, A/R) required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working with property management and accounting systems 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Work Environment

  • Small, collaborative office setting
  • Hands-on role with cross-functional responsibilities
