A growing local company is seeking an experienced Auto Estimator / Service Advisor to join their team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong automotive background who can confidently assist customers, prepare estimates, and help coordinate the repair process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate repair estimates for customers and insurance companies
• Inspect vehicle damage and determine repair needs
• Coordinate with technicians regarding repairs, timelines, and parts
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process
• Assist with scheduling and workflow management
• Handle repair documentation and estimate updates
• Work directly with collision repair estimates, supplements, and insurance communications
• Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive industry experience is required
• Prior estimating, collision, body shop, or service advisor experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and parts
• Familiarity with collision estimating systems is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with solid computer skills
