Duties

• Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns
• Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, providing detailed estimates
• Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage workflow
• Upsell additional services or repairs when appropriate, enhancing customer value
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
• Stay informed about automotive repair procedures, parts, and industry updates

Qualifications

• Prior dealership or mechanic experience is highly advantageous
• Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers
• Sales skills with a focus on upselling additional services
• Experience with cash handling and transaction processing
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and parts inventory management is preferred
