Our client in Coralville, IA is looking for a Warehouse Pallet Wrapper!

Position Summary: Our client is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join their warehouse team in a manual pallet wrapping role. This position is responsible for preparing pallets for shipment by placing blankets on cooler pallets, organizing loads, and ensuring products are delivered to the correct dock locations for loaders. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced warehouse environment with strong opportunities for growth and long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually wrap and prepare pallets for shipment using wrap aid equipment
• Place blankets on cooler pallets
• Deliver pallets to correct dock and location for loaders
• Retrieve out-of-stock product brought to the control center by selectors
• Ensure all pallets are built according to stops and securely wrapped to avoid damage during transport
• Verify header labels on all pallets and inspect for damaged or outdated product before loading
• Become certified to operate pallet jack, scrubber, cardboard baler, and shrink wrap baler
• Read and follow load diagrams accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company standards
• Work collaboratively with loaders and warehouse staff to ensure efficiency

Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Manual labor experience preferred (construction, landscaping, concrete, etc.)
• Pallet jack experience is helpful but can be trained onsite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work well with others
• Ability to stand for long periods of time throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including cooler dock areas (36–42 degrees at times)

Hours:

• Sunday – Thursday schedule
• Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 6:30 PM – 2:00/3:00 AM
• Tuesday: 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM/12:00 AM

Pay:

• $16/hour
