Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders across multiple accounts
• Coordinate shipments, tracking, and delivery confirmation
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and issues
• Utilize customer web portals and internal systems for order processing
• Support Amazon customer orders and EDI trading partners
• Perform light inventory receiving, storing, packing, and shipping
• Maintain accurate records using CRM/ERP systems such as NetSuite
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure fulfillment accuracy

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required
• Experience with customer order processing preferred
• Amazon customer order experience a plus
• NetSuite or CRM/ERP experience a plus
• Domestic logistics and EDI knowledge a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
