Building Maintenance Technician

Our client in Ypsilanti is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team.

What you’ll be doing as the Packager

•  Managed end-to-end building service requests and high-volume student housing turnovers under tight deadlines.
•  Utilized multi-craft expertise in carpentry, drywalling, painting, and cabinetry to maintain and elevate property aesthetics.
•  Resolved light electrical and plumbing issues safely and in compliance with building standards.
• Troubleshot and repaired a wide range of household appliances, minimizing downtime for residents.

What we look for in a Packager

•        2 year of longevity and building maintenance experience
•     HS diploma or GED

Additional information for the Packager

• $22 hourly
• Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

o   Needs to work Saturday and Sunday (8am-4:30pm), off during the week
