We’re looking for a Bilingual Administrative Support Specialist who can balance professionalism with warmth while supporting both our clients and internal team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming calls and client communication, ensuring every interaction is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and a positive tone. This role blends customer service, clerical support, and data accuracy—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in staying organized.
Client Communication — Answer incoming calls, address basic inquiries, relay messages clearly and promptly.
Data Entry — Accurately enter service calls, customer information, and job notes into the company database.
Document Management — Scan, file, and organize both physical and digital documents.
Mail Handling — Manage incoming and outgoing mail with attention to detail.
MUST be fully bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
Professional, positive demeanor in all interactions.
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and composure.
1+ years in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfort working with databases or CRM systems is a plus.
