Production Operator

Salary: $18 (Shift C) - $19 (Shift D)

Position Overview
We are seeking reliable Production Operators to join a local manufacturing facility in Center, Texas. Associates will operate rotational molding equipment to produce high‑quality plastic components while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Available Shifts
Shift C – Day Shift

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $18.00/hr

Shift D – Night Shift

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• $19.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines to produce plastic housings and components according to production schedules.
• Prepare molds by cleaning, assembling, applying mold release, and loading raw polyethylene resin.
• Monitor machine cycles, temperatures, and timers to ensure proper molding conditions.
• Safely demold finished parts using proper tools and lifting techniques.
• Inspect parts for defects such as warping, thin spots, incomplete molding, or trimming issues.
• Document production data including part counts, scrap, machine issues, and material usage.
• Follow all safety procedures related to heat, machinery, and material handling.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist with routine equipment maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet quality and production goals.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
