Production Associates – 2nd Shift (Conklin, NY)

We are currently hiring 3 Production Associates for a client in Conklin on 2nd shift. This is a long-term opportunity with a strong team environment and the potential for permanent hire.

Schedule

• Standard 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• When 1st shift works overtime, 2nd shift hours shift to:
  • 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (this is occurring regularly right now)

What You’ll Do

• Hands-on work in a production environment
• Assist with screen printing operations (experience a plus)
• Stay active and contribute to a team-focused environment

Requirements

• 2–3 years of steady work history (no job hopping)
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Willing to perform physical, hands-on work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active setting
