Shipping Compliance Auditor/Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Shipping Compliance Auditor to join our clients' team in Grayslake. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured, repetitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation for accuracy and consistency
• Identify and correct discrepancies between shipping records and documentation
• Ensure all shipping dates and records are accurate and compliant
• Follow a structured audit process: audit → check → triple-check → submit
• Accurately input and maintain data within the Epicor ERP system
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and organization when processing documentation

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform repetitive, detail-oriented auditing tasks
• Consistently review and verify shipping paperwork
• Work through high volumes of documentation with precision
• Focus on accuracy and efficiency during the initial ramp-up period (typically 1–3 months)

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfort working with numbers and data (accounting/mathmatical mindset preferred)
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred, but not required)

Work Environment:

• Onsite, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm 
• Eval-Hire 
• Pay: $22/hr
