Express is looking for candidates who have Tool and Die Maker experience: 

Primary Objective of Position

In a team environment, fabricate and repair tools and fixtures that will meet quality, safety and production requirements to support manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

Technical Job Functions

• Fabricate and construct tools and fixtures to meet quality, safety, cost and production requirements.
• Repair and maintain tools and fixtures to support production requirements of quality, cost and safety.
• Ability to program and operate applicable EDM and CNC Machines.
• Planning and laying out of work from models, blueprints, drawings, oral and written instructions.
• Utilization of all hand tools and precision measuring instruments compatible with tool and die trade.
• Selection of metals and alloys with proper working properties.
• Heat treating of parts during fabrication and finishing, to achieve the desired qualities.
• Utilizing all machine tools and related equipment, with a high proficiency in surface grinding.
• Computing requires dimensions of work, speeds, feeds, and tooling of machines.

$20-$22 Depeding on Experience 

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6 am-4:30 pm
