Primary Responsibilities

• Measure, mark, cut, assemble, install, and replace glass for commercial, residential, and industrial applications
• Install glass in windows, doors, storefronts, mirrors, partitions, display cases, skylights, and related fixtures
• Remove damaged or defective glass and prepare surfaces for replacement installations
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Assemble and install metal frames, sashes, moldings, and supporting hardware
• Apply sealants, weatherstripping, and protective materials to ensure proper installation
• Operate glass cutters, grinders, suction lifts, and related equipment safely
• Transport glass and materials to job sites while ensuring safe handling practices
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in both the shop and field
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times

Required Qualifications

• Previous glazier, glass installation, or related trade experience required
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and fit glass
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders/scaffolding, and using lifting equipment
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50–100+ lbs safely
• Basic math and measurement skills required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation: $23–$29/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)
Once Hired On: Health Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays, 2 Weeks PTO
