Customer Service Representative (Temporary) – Ravenel, SC

Pay: $17.00/hour

We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment. This position supports daily office operations and plays a key role in delivering excellent service to customers.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
• Enter and update order details, assignments, and customer records in company systems
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing, services, and delivery timelines
• Respond promptly to questions, requests, and concerns
• Maintain organized files and ensure customer records are up to date
• Handle general office tasks such as typing, filing, and document preparation
• Prepare paperwork in advance of auction operations and ensure all approvals are secured
• Support coworkers with various administrative or clerical duties as needed

Schedule & Workplace Expectations:

• Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 60-minute lunch break
• Strong reliability is required—attendance and punctuality are closely monitored
• Office dress code is business casual (jeans permitted; no inappropriate or unprofessional clothing)
• All absences or late arrivals must be reported to Express first, followed by a phone call to the office (text messages are not permitted)
