Night Auditor (Part-Time): $19.00/hr
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This evaluation hire position is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys working independently, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring accurate financial reporting during overnight hours. The Night Auditor plays a key role in hotel operations by reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and assisting guests throughout the night.
Night Auditor Highlights:
- Perform nightly audit procedures accurately and efficiently
- Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and reports
- Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries
- Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property overnight
- Maintain accurate records and support front desk operations
Schedule:
- Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
What We Look for in a Night Auditor:
- Previous Night Auditor experience required
- Experience with Lightspeed preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic accounting and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Guest-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Highschool Diploma/ GED Required
