Location:  Hartland, WI

Pay Rate: $19.00p/hr starting out on training.

Schedule/Shift: Mon-Wed (7am-7pm) and e/o Sunday 

Terms: Temp-to-Hire

 

Brief Job Description: The Roll Tender assists in the operation of a lithographic printing press equipped with devices to produce quality inserts, which meet internal and external customer needs. The Roll Tender follows direction given by 1st Pressman and 2nd Pressman and communicates to all team members in a respectful and appropriate manner to meet the goals of the department. Ideally, this position requires past printing/press experience – however, if the right person comes around with the correct skill set, they could start in the Jogger position and quickly be able to start training to move into the Roll Tender position. There are opportunities for growth into the 2^nd Pressman and 1^st Pressman positions in addition to optional overtime and cross-training opportunities.
