Customer Service Representative

 

Aerospace company in Alliance is adding a CSR to their team!!

 

Idea candidates will have:

• 1+ year of experience of entering job orders into a database and providing world class service to customers
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
• Strong administrative skills for documentation
• Warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience a plus
• Critical thinking skills to solve customer issues
• Ability to work cross functionally with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
