Responsibilities

Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to develop work plans, define responsibilities, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Direct and oversee project activities to ensure schedules, budgets, and deliverables are achieved successfully.
Monitor project progress by reviewing status reports and adjusting schedules or plans as needed to meet program goals.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations for management, customers, and stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and manage program risks to minimize impact on project timelines and performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the development phase and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate project activities with regulatory agencies and participate in project meetings, conference calls, and on-site discussions.

Requirements

Associate degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent operations experience in precision manufacturing.
Minimum of four years of experience in manufacturing operations or project coordination preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Proficient in computer applications with the ability to create reports, charts, and presentations.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required; multilingual skills in German, Japanese, Chinese, or French are a plus
