We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packers to join our manufacturing and warehouse team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in packaging, assembly, and warehouse operations within a dynamic production setting. Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay Rate: $18/hour - $19/hour

Rotational Shifts: Days 7am - 3pm , Afternoon 3pm - 11pm, Nights 11pm - 7am.( must be flexible to work all shifts)

Duties

• Pack finished products efficiently and accurately according to specifications and quality standards
• Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment to assist with packaging and assembly tasks
• Inspect products for defects or damages before packing
• Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping or storage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing stations and storage areas
• Assist with inventory counts and documentation as needed
• Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is advantageous
• Mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools are beneficial
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Prior experience with packaging processes or assembly lines is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Lifting up to 30lbs-50lbs
