We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Medical Simulation Production Assistant to support the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality medical simulation products. This role involves product assembly, material preparation, equipment maintenance, quality inspection, and packaging within a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.

Production Responsibilities

  • Lift, move, and handle materials or equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Stand for extended periods during production activities
  • Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • Assemble products according to detailed specifications and work instructions
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance including cleaning, oil refills, and minor repairs
  • Prepare, package, and label finished products for shipment
  • Inspect products for quality and identify or correct minor defects
  • Perform basic math calculations related to measurements, weights, and quantities
  • Work safely with production materials including silicone, clay, alcohol, sharp tools, and power tools
  • Pour materials into molds, trim, mix, and finish products as needed
  • Assemble kits and prepare inventory for warehouse distribution
  • Adapt to changing production priorities, workflows, and new technologies

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures
  • Comfortable working with tools, molds, and production materials
  • Basic math and measurement skills required
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Frequent repetitive hand movements and manual assembly work
  • Production and workshop environment with exposure to tools, molding materials, and manufacturing equipment
  • Safe handling of chemicals, sharp tools, and power equipment required
