We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Operator to support the manufacturing of high-reliability electronic components in a production environment focused on quality, precision, and continuous improvement. This role works closely with engineering, production, and technical teams to ensure products are manufactured according to schedule and meet strict customer and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, and comfortable working with microscopes, testing equipment, and manufacturing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively within a production team while following documented manufacturing procedures
  • Perform manufacturing and inspection tasks related to electronic passive components
  • Conduct visual inspections, dimensional verification, electronic testing, reliability testing, and physical analysis
  • Operate computers, electronic instruments, and testing equipment according to process procedures
  • Accurately document process observations, inspection results, and production records
  • Collect and track manufacturing process data to support process monitoring and production adjustments
  • Communicate process concerns, observations, or issues to supervisors and engineering teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process development activities
  • Assist in other production or operator tasks as needed to support manufacturing goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to use microscopes, measuring devices, and electronic testing instruments
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with electronic components or hand soldering techniques is a plus

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while performing microscope inspections and testing tasks
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills required
  • Manufacturing and laboratory-style production environment
  • Ability to safely operate equipment and follow all safety procedures
