Electro Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing production team in Miramar, CA. This role is responsible for assembling electrical panels and components according to schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools, wiring, and production documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly duties according to production specifications and work instructions
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Cut, strip, and crimp cables according to schematic requirements
• Populate panel boards with materials and electrical components per layout specifications
• Wire panel boards according to wiring diagrams
• Print and apply labels to projects following labeling diagrams
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or build issues as needed
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Ensure inventory and materials align with work order requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of related assembly, manufacturing, electrical, or production experience preferred
• Electrical, industrial, or distribution experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using hand and power tools including drills and impact drivers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, or dusty environments when required
• Ability to work overtime or mandatory physical inventory as needed
• Manufacturing and warehouse environment

Schedule & Location

• Location: Miramar, CA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
