Express is seeking a well-presented and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inventory management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. This role is responsible for overseeing stock levels, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers and logistics partners

• Perform regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliation

• Maintain inventory databases and update records in a timely manner

• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory optimization

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory or logistics roles

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Professional appearance and communication

• Proficiency in inventory software or ERP systems is a plus

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Schedule is Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm.

Pay:  $20-23/hour DOE
