Salary: $65,000 base + commission

Express Employment is seeking an energetic and motivated outside sales representative for the Twin Falls area for an industrial and manufacturing distributor.  Job duties include:

• Drive business growth through proactive territory management, strategic prospecting, and building strong customer relationships
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and target new business opportunities within the Twin Falls territory
• Conduct cold calls, product demos, and face-to-face meetings to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects
• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation efforts
• Perform territory management duties by planning daily routes, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing high-potential prospects for maximum efficiency
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs
•  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless account management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and accounts
• Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and identify new business opportunities
• Effective communication skills for engaging presentations, product demos, and negotiations
• Ability to manage a territory independently while maintaining high levels of motivation and organization
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and inside/outside sales processes is highly desirable

• Base of $65K + commission with no cap on commissions
• Sales territory includes Twin Falls, Bliss, Sun Valley, Elko, and surrounding areas
• Overnight travel may be needed occasionally
• Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with some flexibility needed
