Schedule: Flexible shifts (opening and closing shifts based on business needs)

 

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented candidates to join a fast-paced cold storage warehouse in the McAllen area.

Responsibilities:

• Check in delivery drivers

• Handle and log carrier payments

• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams

• Verify product counts and maintain accurate documentation

• Communicate arrivals, delays, and schedule updates

• Reschedule driver appointments as needed

• Maintain and update the WMS scheduler

Requirements:

• Basic math skills

• Strong communication skills

• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and general systems)

• Must be flexible to work weekends and different shifts

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels

Previous warehouse, logistics, or traffic clerk experience is a plus.
