Cleaning Crew Manager (Part-Time, Growth Potential)

Seeking an experienced Cleaning Crew Manager to lead a residential cleaning team in the Portland, OR area. This role starts part‑time with potential to grow into full‑time.

What You’ll Do

• Residential & commercial cleaning — fill-ins, quality checks, walkthroughs

• Train new cleaners on standards, systems, and eco‑friendly products

• Support and manage a cleaning team day‑to‑day

• Onboard new hires and set up supplies/equipment

• Manage inventory and order cleaning products

• Perform quality inspections and coach for improvement

• Assist with scheduling and route adjustments

• Communicate with clients as needed

• Support hiring: interviews, trial shifts, references

• Serve as backup lead when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial)

• Team lead or management background

• High cleaning standards and attention to detail

• Comfortable with basic software (Docs, Sheets, email)

• Ability to learn scheduling/job‑management tools

• Reliable vehicle, valid license, clean driving record

• Able to pass background check; authorized to work in the U.S.

• Physically able to lift 25+ lbs and perform cleaning tasks

• Professional, dependable, strong communicator

• Fluent English; Spanish a plus

Pay & Schedule

• $25–$30/hr, depending on experience

• Part‑time to start; potential for full‑time
