General Laborer Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with a variety of tasks in construction, warehouse, and production environments. Responsibilities may include loading and unloading materials, operating basic hand and power tools, cleaning and preparing work areas, moving inventory, assisting equipment operators, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Candidates should be able to follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials up to 50–100 pounds
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Repetitive reaching, lifting, and manual labor tasks
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, warehouse environments, or dusty construction sites
• Must be physically capable of performing demanding labor throughout scheduled shifts

Previous experience in construction, warehouse production, manufacturing, or general labor is preferred but not required.
