Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Yard Driver for a trailer maintenance and repair company in Vandalia, Ohio. This role involves moving trailers throughout the yard, supporting shop operations, and ensuring equipment is positioned safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Move trailers safely throughout the yard and service areas
• Position trailers for maintenance, loading, and unloading
• Perform routine inspections on trailers and equipment
• Communicate with shop and yard personnel to support daily operations
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the yard
• Follow all company safety procedures and yard policies
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Previous yard driving or trailer moving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and surroundings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
