Express is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Maryville, TN. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Receive verbal phone in orders
• Respond to all written and verbal communications regarding emergency orders, status orders, shortages, shipping errors, price quotes, order tracking, and returns. 
• Heavy order entry
• Processing the replacement of products

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of data entry and customer service. 
• Good tenure in previous work history.
• Must be able to type over 40 WPM.
• Technical knowledge regarding parts and their use.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• MS Office proficiency

Shift: 

• M-F / 8 AM - 4:45 PM
