Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20.00/hour + monthly bonus potential
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: Winona, MN
Every Wednesday off

This is a great fit for someone who likes working with people, enjoys variety throughout the day, and wants a long-term opportunity with a company that promotes from within. Automotive experience is helpful, but not required. If you have experience in sales, customer service, retail, banking, front desk, service advisor, collections, or other customer-facing work, this could be a strong next step.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll help customers through the sales and payment process while keeping the experience friendly, professional, and clear. Responsibilities may include:

• Helping customers in person with vehicle sales
• Building rapport and creating a positive customer experience
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Processing payments and collections
• Assisting with financing-related paperwork and customer questions
• Learning products, inventory, and internal processes
• Following up with customers and helping keep things organized
• Repossess vehicles when necessary

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, and comfortable working with a wide variety of people. Strong candidates may come from backgrounds such as customer service, sales, retail, receptionist/front desk, banking, service advisor, wireless sales, automotive, or collections.

• Willingness to learn sales, financing, and payment processes
