Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Dock Associate / Forklift Operator for a growing logistics and equipment operation in South Fort Worth.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, operating forklifts, and being part of a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to safely handle equipment and inventory in a busy dock environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Prepare and load outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
• Assist with equipment staging, setup, and breakdown as needed
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness, damage, and operational readiness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues when necessary
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and supervisor direction
• Support team operations across multiple warehouse functions
• Provide professional customer interaction when onsite support is needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification required
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy equipment safely
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-oriented mindset with good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must provide basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, or after-hours as business needs require

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• $18-$21/hr based on experience
• Contract-to-hire opportunity
• Weekly pay through Express Employment Professionals
