Aerospace Cost Estimator

Location; West Chester, OH

Pay: $75k/yr

Shift Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and price quotations for new, redesigned, or modified products.
• Analyze composite product designs, manufacturing operations, and production requirements to determine accurate costing.
• Develop and compile cost data for projects where no standard historical data exists.
• Revise and update estimates based on engineering changes, material pricing, and manufacturing factors.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and material specification sheets.
• Prepare and maintain all required estimating documentation and approval forms.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and customer teams to support project and pricing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience working with complex composite products and manufacturing processes preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and material specification sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work professionally across departments and with customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating-related systems or software.
• Drafting experience with Unigraphics or Catia is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
