Smith Teamaker is hiring a reliable General Warehouse Associate to support daily operations. This role includes loading/unloading, picking and packing, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, palletize, and organize shipments
• Pick and pack orders accurately for delivery
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Support shipping, inventory, and production as needed
• Follow safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Able to lift and move products (up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
