🍒 What You’ll Do

As a Food Production Operator, you will help run and support the industrial process that transforms frozen cranberries into food-grade ingredients used by major food brands.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor food processing and production equipment
• Run machinery that separates juice, solids, and byproducts during processing
• Support manufacturing lines producing cranberry ingredients for snacks, beverages, and food products
• Load raw materials and maintain efficient production flow
• Palletize, stage, and move finished product
• Perform quality inspections and ensure food safety compliance
• Clean and sanitize machinery and production areas
• Follow manufacturing, safety, and GMP procedures

💰 Pay & Benefits

• $18.75/hour starting pay
• Overtime pay after 40 hours

✅ Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour overnight shifts

• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Previous production, warehouse, machine operator, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
