We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred, along with familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Duties

• Operate various manufacturing machinery according to safety protocols and production specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal operation
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment for machine setup and troubleshooting
• Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or other warehouse equipment when necessary
• Document production data accurately and report any machine malfunctions or safety concerns
• Follow safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on equipment performance

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery
• Experience with manufacturing processes, assembly, or warehouse operations
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment
• Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is a plus
