We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks and customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20/hour or more, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document organization
  • Answer and direct incoming customer calls in a professional manner
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist with internal communications and basic coordination tasks
  • Maintain organized records and support overall office efficiency

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative support role
  • Must have previous manufacturing industry experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a structured, deadline-driven environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, filing systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
