Top Charging Warehouse Position

Located in Bloomingdale, IL

Salary: $18-$20/hr

We are hiring for multiple Top Charging Warehouse positions. We have openings for both heavy lifters/movers who can operate equipment, and assembly workers focused on precision using hand tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Top charge, label, and pack batteries for shipment.

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move inventory throughout the facility.

• Use hand tools to secure nuts and bolts on batteries.

• Use a heat gun to properly shrink tubing around battery terminals.

• Stand for 8-hour shifts or sit for extended periods depending on the assigned daily station.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge for system documentation.

• Ability to consistently lift 40-50 pounds for the lifting assignments.

• High attention to detail and ability to follow specific work instructions closely.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

• Strong reliability, hard-working attitude, and eagerness to learn.
