Express Employment Professionals is supporting an industry-leading copier supplier in their search for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join the sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and supporting our field sales team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and inbound lead follow-up
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate OEM copier and document solutions
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (B2B preferred)
• Experience in office technology, copiers, printers, or managed print services is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
