Key Responsibilities

• Operate laminating equipment to bond wood materials and veneers
• Apply adhesives evenly and ensure proper alignment of materials
• Monitor curing processes and adjust as needed
• Trim, sand, and finish laminated products to specification
• Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and consistency
• Follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in woodworking, manufacturing, or laminating preferred
• Ability to read basic measurements and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wood veneers, adhesives, or press machines
• Basic understanding of shop safety practices
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes
• Ability to operate a variety of wood shop equipment including saws
