Responsibilities:

• Perform light facility maintenance and general repair tasks throughout the building.
• Replace and repair door hardware, including doorknobs and basic fixtures.
• Change light bulbs and assist with routine lighting maintenance.
• Identify and address minor plumbing issues, including small leaks and basic repairs.
• Complete general upkeep and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance concerns or larger repair needs.
• Assist with facility-related projects as assigned.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain compliance with workplace standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, handyman, custodial, or facility support experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair practices.
• Ability to use hand tools and maintenance equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed.
