Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary:
Our client, a local manufacturing company specializing in high-quality parts and finishing services, is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Laborer/Deburrer to join their 1st shift team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work in an organized facility where your contributions make a direct impact.

Responsibilities:

• Perform deburring of metal parts using hand tools, grinders, and other equipment

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Clean, pack, and prepare parts for shipping

• Assist with general shop duties as needed, including cleaning work areas and organizing materials

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required

• Comfortable standing for 8+ hours and performing repetitive hand motions

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Dependable with strong work ethic
