Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to serve as a key liaison between our company and both current and prospective customers. In this role, you will take ownership of resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints while delivering an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of calls, building rapport quickly, and identifying opportunities to generate interest, qualify prospects, and support service growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions or alternatives
• Follow established communication scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone
• Accurately document all customer interactions within the call center database
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a strong focus on satisfaction
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service
• Identify and capitalize on upselling or cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
• Strong phone presence, verbal communication, and active listening skills
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry processes
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to different personalities
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
