Job Title: Warehouse Associate

 

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help ensure smooth warehouse operations.

 

M-TH 7:30AM - 5:30PM

Friday 8AM - 12PM

$18 - $20/hr DOE

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
• Prepare and pack orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (certifications a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items (up to 100 lbs).
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• May involve working in varying temperatures depending on the warehouse environment.

Salary:
