Metal Fabrication Supervisor

We are actively hiring an experienced Metal Fabrication Supervisor to help build and grow a stainless steel fabrication and assembly division within an established and expanding manufacturing operation. This hands-on Metal Fabrication Supervisor role will work directly on the production floor while helping establish workflow, processes, and team structure as operations transition into the New Jersey facility. Our client is seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Supervisor with experience in stainless steel fabrication, foodservice equipment manufacturing, custom fabrication, cafeteria serving systems, or commercial serving station manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Experience in stainless steel fabrication, custom metal fabrication, or foodservice equipment manufacturing
• Previous experience in a lead, supervisor, shop lead, or working foreman-type role
• Ability to work hands-on in fabrication and assembly operations while helping lead production
• Experience reading blueprints, coordinating workflow, and maintaining quality standards
• Strong understanding of production environments, fabrication processes, and shop safety

What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting with the setup, transition, and growth of a stainless steel fabrication and assembly operation
• Working hands-on with fabrication, assembly, and production teams on the manufacturing floor
• Helping establish workflow, production processes, and operational efficiencies
• Training and supporting team members while helping build out the department
• Coordinating production priorities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe operations
