We are seeking a Transportation Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day logistics of a fleet of luxury vehicles. This role is responsible for scheduling, dispatching, real-time trip monitoring, and customer coordination to ensure seamless, on-time service.
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility position that requires strong decision-making, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules, assigning chauffeurs and vehicles based on client needs and operational efficiency
- Monitor trips in real time using GPS/dispatch systems to ensure on-time service
- Proactively resolve service issues (traffic delays, vehicle changes, scheduling conflicts)
- Communicate with chauffeurs, clients, and affiliates to ensure seamless execution
- Process reservations, confirmations, and client communications (phone, email, text)
- Track chauffeur schedules and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance
- Monitor vehicle usage (mileage, wear and tear) to optimize fleet utilization
- Identify opportunities to improve operations, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or operations (preferred)
- Experience with scheduling or dispatch software strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Customer service experience (luxury or hospitality preferred)

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pm
